So it took a little while but I finally did the P90x last night! I SUCK at pull ups and push ups so I had to make some adjustments but I got through it. I thought I was going to DIE with AbRipper X and the worst thing I did was chug water after the first disc and almost puked during the ab work out.
I'm sore today but plan on doing it again later... I'm very scared of this work out (plyometics) though
