Cassarino Brides - Summer 2000

I already posted this on the Brides board, but did anyone use Cassarino last summer and get the 'D' package. Was an extra 11'X14' b/w with colorizing included as an extra? I thought it was but it actually was not part of my contract :(...if anyone knows, I`d appreciate it.
