This post just brought tears to my eyes.

I just heard from the vet and Shammy is awake and doing great! He is staying over night and I have to call tomorrow to find out when I can pick him up.

But I miss my little monster

I know the feeling...such a different atmosphere in the house without them! He'll be back to jumping around and hugging your DH before you know it!

Glad to hear he did well through the surgery!!!!!!!!!
