DH 30th Birthday.. Help

My DH is turning 30 in a few months!! I want to make sure its special. I was thinking of inviting a bunch of our family and friends to dinner in the city... What places does everyone recommend? There would be a bunch of people. I was thinking Carmine's or something similar. (Italian, Steak, etc) Obv I need to figure out the place and call and see if they could have that many people.

Could be anywhere from 20-50 people??? I'm going to send out invites soon so i'm not sure how many people will be coming (yet)

Any advise or ideas is greatly appreicated.

It doesn't have to be in the city, Nassua, Queens is OK too

really helpful, i would just start contacting resturants with ur date that you have in mind and how many people and get some prices

try yelp as well and look for resturants that have a private room
