DH Vent

Does anyone feel like their DH's just dont listen to them?? I know I'm stressed out lately (last semester of grad school) but I just feel like my DH listens to certain things but not others. I get soooo frustrated! Like every semester I was in grad school he would constantly ask what my schedule was, what times my classes were and I tell him allllllllllllll the time. And tomorrow I'm going to the ENT because I think I have a sinus infection and I have been going to the same dr for THREE years and he comes home and asks- oh did you find an ENT to go to? I'm like what do you mean...he's like I just figured you picked one of out of the insurance book...he had NO idea I have been going to the same dr for so long! It's like do EVER listen to me??? Then he's like...you dont want to talk anymore? Because I was getting frustrated. I'm like No I dont want to talk...you never even listen! Ugh anyway- vent over. I just needed to get that out!!

I really think stuff goes in one ear and out the other...

I also find that my DH, doesn't know what questions to ask people. Two instances:
1. He is applying to graduate school, so he meet with the necessary people & it submitting the documents. So I asked him how many classes he has to take, how long the program is & how much it costs & his answer, he never asked.
2. He wasn't feel well last week & his glands where noticeably swollen. So he went to the doctor & the doctor gave him very strong antibiodicts (3 times a day for 7 days) & did a strep throat test. He went back to the doctor yesterday for a follow up & the doctor said, the strep culture came back inconclusive so finish the prescription you have & get a refill. My DH leaves the doctors office. Again didn't ask any additional questions.

I haven't met many men who actually listen....I have a rule, I'll say it 3 times and thats it.

this is true for mine too - he doesn't ask quesitons, and when I'm like 'when/what do we do?' or whatever, he has no idea. Same with his parking ticket situation, going to the vet, having the super come to fix the bathroom tiles...
