I have a question...
IF you Feed them, Werent you scared the photographer Was not there to take Pictures? Or the Videographer?

I mean I guess they sit down & eat right?

What if at that moment Something 'cute, funny, great' happens & BOOM the Photographer Missed it bc he/she was eating?....

I wasn't. She ate when everyone else was eating, so nothing fabulous was going on. Plus, I think they eat much ligher and quicker than your guests.

That wasn't an issue with me either - they at whenever else ate and missed nothing.

Your vendors that are working 8+ hours with you need to eat at some point. It's just like when you work - you get a meal break.

Re: Feeding your Vendors?

Please feed your vendors. Realize that yes they are working but when you work you're entitled to a lunch break correct? It's the same for wedding vendors. Although it seems like they are working only 5 hours it's actually a half-full day for them as well depending on which vendors we're talking about.

The only vendors you would need to feed are:
DJ or Band
Photo/Video
Extra Entertainment
And any vendors who are there throughout your reception (lighting person, photobooth attendant, DOC)

HTH

Also, just so you're prepared... there is about a 80% chance that your photographer WILL miss some time of funny moment. They are human and can only be in 1 place at a time.
