girls with a Tassimo

Sometimes when I turn my Tassimo on, it automatically goes into 'customize' mode. I don't like that mode, since I tend to let it brew while I'm cooking breakfast/getting ready for the day/etc. With the customize mode, I have to stand there and press it.

However, I have no clue how to get it off of customize mode. It just goes back into automatic mode when it feels like it. It literally seems to have a mind of its own. Anyone know how I change the modes by myself?

i buoght one for my boss for xmas. i still have the manual. im too afraid t o go into his office cuz im alone and some1 already broke in here 2 wks ago. 911 is already dialed on my phone. willl let
