GOOD NEWS!!
DH and I have been on the hunt for a home upstate. We had found one we liked in Brewster, NY, put in an offer but it was too late. We didn't let it get to us too much. We kept looking. So, we liked the area of the other house and found a few others. We saw one that we both liked and put an offer. After going back and forth with another couple a few times they accepted our offer!!
Now, we have to do an inspection and continue from there. I hope everything will work out!
