for my work chair today.

Question (for all of the office fans out there that is intended to sound like dwight): does too much fiber affect your poop? (Trying to ask the question without crossing the line but I don't think it is coming across right)....

For example, I recently consumed like 175% DV of fiber in a very short period of time and I like exploded....

i consume about 35-50gs a day

i try not ot purchase anything that has under 4 gs of fiber per serving

queens health food emporium ( <3 ) has serious..just liek the rat doodie fiber one, but this one has MORE fiber (18gs per 1/2 cup) and its loaded with dried strawberries and apples!

IF there was a line on LIW you woulda crossed it right there. but we dont have one. so no worries
