I hear you, the wait is excruciating! I have been calling them every week for almost a month because I was promised my video by Halloween. Then I was told the following week, etc... I finally got the call that it'll be ready for pickup tomorrow, so I'll let you know how the quality is

no albums here, but I sent in my song selection the first week in July.
