Ideas for Bridal Shower Gift

Hello my Ladies!
I have a question for all you LOVELY ladies. Since by now we are all pros in wedding planning and weddings, I need your help with a gift for very dear friend who's wedding I am in this June. I got her gift off the registry,blah,blah. But I want to do something else. Can you give me ideas how maybe the wine gift works, the different panty one, or something else fun & original? i got her a custom aisle runner
a custom cake topper
oh and i paid for her programs table numbers place cards and menus
