Lamb Side dishes?

Hi Ladies,
I'm making DH a leg of lamb on Sunday for V~Day. Does anyone have any suggestions on a side dish? Something healthy to balance they yummy goodness of the lamb.

What about sauteed spinach?

And maybe a tomato and cucumber salad.

brocolli sauteed in garlic & oil, or string beans with some garlic & chopped onion.

I'd do it with some roasted vegetables..

cut up cauliflower, butternut squash, zucchini... toss them in olive oil, salt & pepper... and about 30 min before the lamb is done, throw them in too. Maybe even a little cut up sweet potato in there too...
