Laser Hair Removal ladies...
If you got IPL or laser, did the technician tell you not to work out for 24 hours? If you did work out or sweat, did you get irritated? I have a laser appointment tomorrow that I can't cancel and a gym class I can't cancel....any thoughts?

nope - i had no problem.in fact, i worked out right after getting lasered a few times and never had a problem

I had tattoo removal with the laser and he told me the same thing. I did it anyway and I was fine.
