i go food shopping 2x a week so ive never NOT had a stocked fridge or pantry..

only once when we went away for 3 weeeks, i threw everything out lol except leftover dominos we left for our friend . he didnt evene at it and it stunk up the fridge

An assortment of whole wheat pastas
Frozen pastas
Frozen veggie burritos
Goat's milk ( tastes much better than cow milk)
Cheerios
Apples
Different kind of berries ( usually strawberries and black berries )
Oranges
Popcorn
Soy mac and cheese
Whole foods salad packs
Tofu
Veggie Asian stir fry packs
Frozen veggies
Peanut butter
Brown rice
Lots of different seasonings and olive oil.

lost without olive oil so i always have a good supply.

also, despite having tons of great cookbooks i always use the website: epicurious.com (not exactly what you were asking but I figured I'd share!)

also try to have a supply of whole wheat pasta for nights when i'm really lazy

keep tons of trader joes frozen veggies on hand

smart balance butter alternative is a must in our house (although i like ot have real butter on hand as well)

whole wheat flour

almond butter

greek yogurt

brown rice (the micro packs)

seltzer

bananas - year round...most other fruit by season

some type of hummus / tzatziki

baby carrots

ground turkey

trader joes frozen burgers (chili limi chicken)

hot sauce

garlic

Honestly, we buy what we need. We don't have any 'must haves.' I mean, I'm not saying we never have food haha--we have plenty. We just buy what we need for a 2 week period. I don't restock things when we run out, unless I want/need them again.

Cereal (preferably Honey Nut Cheerios or Life Cereal)
