name change question

when changing your name with social security, did you guys put your maiden name as your middle name?

i can't decide what i want to do.

I like my current middle name so I am going to keep it and remove my maiden name all together.

while i was extremely sad getting rid of my old name.... it felt great changing my name altogether!

So no i did not keep my maiden name

I don't have a middle name. I have 2 first names lol I am taking DH's last name all together & getting rid of my maiden name.
