news! and Help!
DH and I are officially in contract on a house! We are supposed to close mid-May and we are planning on doing some work to the house before moving in. We own a 1 Bdroom apt in RVC and are hoping to rent it out starting in July (ish).If anyone knows anyone who would be interested in renting a 1 bedroom apt in RVC can you keep me in mind? Our time frames are not definitive yet, but obviously as it gets closer we'll know more.
