**NWQOTD FRIDAY**

Ever since yesterday with that stupid phone call I've been DYING to post this because I'm sure we all have something to say...


Name ONLY ONE annoying thing about where you work. And yes, ONLY NAME ONE! Good luck, I know I could go on for DAYS!


I'm going to say the fact that contractors change procedures on how they want things done almost once a month. Then I have to learn a whole new procedure and by the time questions get answered on how to do it, they changed the procedure again!

This is very difficult as I have an exceptionally wide assortment of things to pick from. Most of what annoys me with my current job is external and related to the absurd medical professionals that I deal with.

Staying in line with the question I will answer based on something about where I work...so, I will go with the fact that my company has been known to release sales goals well into the sales quarter. So for every 3 month quarter there is a period of time where you are just blindly selling without working against a goal.

Certain coworkers of mine are related to the VP of our company (1 is her SIL and 1 is her life long best friend) so they basically get a free pass to do whatever they want, take as much vacation as they want, suck at their jobs, and treat people the way like poop. booooooooooooooooo!

ONLY 1???

My biggest pet peeve is when 1 coworker thinks that she can make dr appts during the day and will disappear for 3- 4 hours- THEN sit there and eat lunch THEN go out to smoke. Oh and while she is in the office she will go visit her friends on the other side of the building for 1/2 hr. So all in all she is at her desk for 1 1/2- 2 hrs and day and gets paid for the whole day.

Oh and I have to cover her phones for her while she is gone. I cant just let them ring because I work for the Directors.

Wow - you want just one...hmmmm. The fact that I'm pigeon holed in to doing things that I'm good and I'm being held back from advancing because of that.

About my office itself? Favoritism. It seems the rules apply to those who do not kiss asss.

About the area I work in? TOURISTS. Especially now.

I'd say the worst / most annoying part of my job is that my clients don't actually want to be my clients, so it makes things THAT much more difficult. They all feel they 'don't need it.'

my coworker is the type that will throw you under the bus w/o thinking twice. and he doesnt really think im any good, so he doesnt really communicate with me...which hurts the whole team!

The commute! My job isn't off a major highway so its a pain to get to!
