How bad for you do you think creamed spinach is?

10 being the worst, I will say an 8... Aside from the spinach itself, it is very fattening

Mehhh, the spinach is excellent of course, but the cream is like WHOA.

I'd prob say 5 bc of the nutrition from the spinach.

agreed. spinach makes you like popeye

cream makes you like pillsbury dough boy

so somewhere in the middle!

This. I've made it before and there is definitely a bunch of saturated fat from the heavy cream. That being said, I'll go 5 bc there is a VERY healthy veggie involved....

thats NOTHING. plus it gave you loads of iron and fiber. now you may need to poop but other than that you're golden.

unfortunately yesterday was his last day off this week. so i'm not the boss for the next few days.
