Ouch
I participated in relay for life on Saturday and got super bad sunburn! I put on SPF 30 in the morning then reapplied with spf80 when I started to see my skin turn pink....and reapplied throughout the day. My upper back and shoulders are soooooo burned they hurt :( any recommendations on a good product to use on it?

Yes this!!! I use aloe vera lotion, not the gel...The gel ends up hurting more over time. The lotion really helps to bring down the pain, you just have to reapply constantly!

Re: Ouch
This is going to sound really nasty - but it totally works.Put some milk in a bowl with a couple ice cubes and just dab it on with a wash cloth.
The vitamin D helps sooth your skin.
I had a serious burn a couple summers ago - i was stunk in bed for days since I had blisters all over my legs and this was my only saving grace.
Hope you feel better!

Growing up my mom would rub Greek yogurt on us after a burn - it helps but you peel more
