Photo question for the married ladies

Having received your wedding photos back, what are some of the pics you wished you had but didn't get. I'm not looking for the full must take list of all the different poses. Just a short must take list of the little things you may have forgotten about or your photographer forgot about.
Thanks ladies!

Photo question for the married ladies

There were photos with some relatives that I wish we took but didn't (on both my side and DH's side of the family)

Same here. Now, looking back, I think those 'must take photo lists' are kinda silly. I mean, sure, I made one, and I admired some of those photos and they didn't happen for us. It's fine. Would I really have wanted someone else's wedding photos with my face stuck in there? Probably not. I think it's best to let most of the pictures happen organically. Besides, you hired your photogs for a reason, they know what they are doing.

I'd just really concentrate on making sure you get pictures with all the people you want to have photos with. I didn't get a pic with my grandma and two years later, I'm still bummed about it.

Photo question for the married ladies

I wanted pictures with my godparents and some of my friends that weren't in the bridal party but we never got to it.

Re: Photo question for the married ladies

Since I had a small BP, I wanted more pics with me and some friends and totally forgot... I got some of them alone and some great table shots...but wanted more with me and them....

Also, I wish I had more of my BP and more of me and my hubby inside posing. The posing ones are all outside, and I feel like they weren't the 'best' because the sun was in our faces... but I think I'm the only one analyzing them. LOL.

ITA - same with my grandma. She passed away this past November and although there were one or two non-pro pics that family snagged of us, it definitely bums me out to think that we didn't get that shot together.

One thing at the time that bugged me was that I didn't get any photos of me and DH in the reception room before everyone came in. Now, it really doesn't bother me.

It's all relative... so try to focus on the people who matter, rather than the things.

Me too! The day goes by so fast and you don't even think about it until after.

Photo question for the married ladies

I missed out on a picture with my cousin, but that was my fault.
