pots & pans

my husband and i need new pots and pans. do you ladies have any recommendations? we need a good set, but don't want to spend a small fortune.

Oh! i registered for my set at Macys - for a brand called Belgique and when it went on sale a 13pc set sold for $160!!!!!!!!!
its all stainless steal and they are super durable! and they don't stain either even if you burn something

We have the Calphalon Tri-ply Stainless Steel set - I really like it and it cooks well. I never had stainless steel before, so it took a meal or 2 for me to get used to it.

My recommendation would be buying pieces that you think you'd use. 1 large pot. 1 saute pan. 1 nonstick pan. i have a few pots that i just don't use much but they came in a set.

I bought the calphalon 10 piece set (stainless steel i think). I love them but it didnt come with an omelet pan that is my only complaint
