i didnt know my friend was trying to hook up with my bil and his girlfriend was their and they almost got t into a cat fight

I didnt know one of my recently divorced friends got numbers from 3 different guys at my reception including my DH's cousin who had a date but thankfully no one passed out geez!

Natasha, didn't the alarms go off when he went on the roof?? You would think that somebody would notice him stumbling up to the roof!!!

Girls, I am glad I didn't know about this. I would have been hysterical.

I am even more thankful that he didn't fall off. Here I am thinking people would remember my wedding for the lovely bride groom, the ambiance, the food ---; and here he comes and fall off the roof. That would be the wedding my guests would never forget. Could you imagine the headlines in the Daily News.

One thing that happen that I didn't know was that they closed the bar right before the cake cutting. According to my SIL they would not serve them any drinks and they just closed the bar. I still don't understand why because they are suppose to be serving drinks until the very end. Nothing I could do now...oh well.

oh.. my DH younger cousins were playing on the Handicap lift for about 2 hours, My dad fell off his chair during the Hora.. I did not notice because i was dancing .. and my FIL broke his wedding ring...

I am hysterical that they found this guy on the roof...

Two things-

1) Acousin of mine 'hooked up' with a cousin of my husbands. Unfortunately my cousin is in Washington DC and his cousin is in NY so I think the've lost touch.

2) My husband's friend's girlfriend caught on fire!!!
At first, I heard this from several people but nobody knew who the girl was. We finally tracked down who she was. Apparently, there were candles on the tables of the desert stations and the girl reached across to take something wearing a shawl with fringes and the fringeds caught on fire. Someone at the caterer quickly grabbed the shawl, thew it on the floor and put out the fire. Although some reports told me her hair caught on fire too, she said that it didn't. Fortunately she is fine. and took it in good humor (I heard she had a bit to drink) and the caterer then blew out all the candles on the desert stations.
