Random DH Rant

So he's in Miami with his friend. That's cool.

He went out last night, met up with my crazy cousin. I just called him and he goes on and on about his night. That it was nuts, he ate good food, but threw it all up in my cousins sink blah blah blah

Not ONCE did he ask how my night went! I even made mention that I got home at 3:15 and he had to chime in that he got home at 3.

Wouldn't YOU be interested as to how my night went??

He's like, 'yeah so anyway we're going to get ready for the beach now, talk to you later.'

He's a guy - guys suck at wondering what's going on with you while they're out having a grand old time. DH is an a$$ like that when he's off with his guys. Doesn't really pay attention to what I did even when I drop things into conversation that are open ended and he should have no problem coming up with a question to inquire.

My DH didn't understand why I got pissed off when he went to visit his friend one day in Jersey (when he has winter break from school but I still had to work) and came home at 3 oclock in the morning. Left our apt around 12ish - ummm how about a text saying which train you're taking home or how bout anything letting me know you're alive still!

Yeah! What's with that? They think it's ok when they're out all hours and they don't let us know they're ok? I honestly don't care what time he gets home, just that he GETS home!

Me: oh that's nice. (pause) how was your day Mer? good? that's good to hear! what did you do?

I don't have this problem -- and I'm not saying this to be all braggy bragster or anything. My problem is exactly the opposite.

I come home and DH is like 'hi.howwasyourday?what didyoudo?givemeahug!letmemaulyou.ineedattention.pleasepayattentiontome.hello!hello!'

And I'm like dude... give me five minutes to sit down and watch King of Queens and decompress before you are down my throat, please.

will went out afterwork.. he came home pizzzz drunk , granted it was 9:30.. but the entire place reiked of beer!

so he goes on and on how boring his friends are!!!! he repeated it liek 5 itmes!!

so i go to tuck him into bed.. and this is how the convo went

me 'babee i got u a present'

him 'omg ! they were so boring!!'

me ' i got u a present!'

him 'omg i coudlnt take it. i just came home. soo miserable!!!!'


me ' fk u!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! u dont give a fk about anythign i say!' and i slammed the bedroom door.


then at night he put his arms around me while i was sleeeping!!!!! he NEVR does that! guilty much????? loll

so obnoxious when he drinks.

Maybe yours is worse? I hate being badgered with things. DH does this with my texts. He's like who's that? who's that? who's that? who's that? who's that? who's that? who's that? who's that? who's that? who's that? who's that?

Franky does this! When he's away with friends or visiting someone I usually get like 2 word answers He NEVER asks what I did or how my day is (home or away) And when he's on vacation or not working I get the same thing as Becki...jumping down my throat and not even letting me take my jacket off before he's grabbing me! LOVE HIM but he's TOTALLY annoying sometimes!

OMG!!! DH is the same way!!! He wants a kiss the moment, I walk through the door....asks me all kinds of questions....wants to hug it out, etc. etc.

If I don't give him the attention he wants, he starts to whine and say oh now you don't kiss me or pay attention to me anymore!!
