Real classy...

So my boss leaves me a note, with a tax return that's supposed to go out, that says:

'Are you serious with this envelope?'

?

Am I serious? I checked to see if it fits, it does, barely, but it fits.

Nothing gets me more angry than seeing stupid immature notes on my desk that the whole office can see, he's lucky I was the first one in and trashed the note before anyone saw it.

A simple 'Are you sure this envelope can fit this pile?' would have sufficed.

You should have seen the letter the other day I had to type for him, telling a client he's waiving the 'year end fee until he digs out from his sales audit' and if the next year has more complexities, 'he should expect to be charged more'.

UGH! My boss usually writes letters and he tries to sound all smart in. I'm usually correcting him telling him the sentence doesn't make sense and to make it simple, instead of wordy. I swear, we should all be bosses to our bosses for a day and see how they like it!
