Silly TTD Question

Ours are approaching soon and I am a bit nervous.... This is definately out of my comfort zone as I am super shy. I would assume I just drive there in my dress since there won't be anywhere to change. We are doing them in a park. But then what about after? What if I get the dress all gross and dirty or wet. Did you bring a change of clothes? For those of you who did them I wanted to know if you had any advice...

I haven't done it but my suggestion would be to wear leggings and a tank top, slip your dress on and the leggings off (then with the dress pulled up take of the tank top off.

Then reverse it aferwards (put the tank top on and then the leggins) take off the dress

I wore sweatpants and a t-shirt on the way there in the car. Then, we parked in the parking lot of a park and I kinda hid behind our car and in the bushes and put on my dress

When we were done, my dress was very wet, etc., so I changed out of it and put on my clothes. I put on my pants under my dress, then hubby helped me put on my bra and shirt, and then took teh dress off.

I don't think anyone saw anything but if they did, aw well!

I drove to Coney Island in my dress. We got a little lost and had to ask a cop for directions. He looked at me like I had 10 heads.

I also got the dress soaked and dirty and sandy and had nothing to change into. Our photog was nice enough to give me the blanket out of the trunk of his car to wrap myself in. We tried for a hot minute to have my sister (who came along for the fun and to help, which was sooo clutch!) undo the buttons on the street so I could just slip the dress off, wear one of DH's t-shirts and wrap my bottom half in the blanket, but there were way too many buttons and we were on a crowded street in Brooklyn. It didn't happen. I just sat in the car all dirty and wet. We're still getting sand out of it to this day.

I wore a tube top under my dress and capris. You couldnt see the top under the dress and when I went in the water I just took my capris off when i got out I slipped them back on and dh undid the corset and I stepped out of the dress fully clothed. I was weird undoing my wedding gown in the parking lot of a beach next to my car but whatever. A few crazy looks from people but no harm

we brought a change of clothes. i wore a bikini bottom underneath and put sweat pants on afterwards and put a big tee on top and unzip the dress off. it was pretty easy. the hotel was only 15 min away so it wasn't that bad that i had wet bottoms
