Re: spin off to my dinner post - chicken fajita
we made these last week. I sauteed chicken I cut into strips, than added peppers, onions mushrooms, garlic, pepper, salsa and other seasonings to the spice we like.... Once that was done, put it on the table with whole wheat wraps, shredded cheese, sour cream and hot sauce... Quick and yummy

i do the same, saute the chicken and veggies, then I add: garlic, lime juice, orange juice, cayeene pepper, chilli powder, salt, pepper and maybe one or two other spices.

just made these last night... didnt have time to make the chicken so i got the pre cooked/cut chicken with seasoning already on it....but i put some onions and garlic in some olvie oil and then i put in red and green peppers, let them get soft and then i put the chciken and some soy sauce in and let it cook for a little while longer.

I like to cheat with the pre-cooked/seasoned chicken, too.

Haha, notice I didn't post on the dinner ideas thread. Unfortunately, DH doesn't cook either. This is why we're thin- we're really hungry.
