i LOVE Ruby Sushi in the Plainview shopping center on the corner of Woodbury Rd and South Oyster Bay Rd. SO delish - DH always asks me to bring it home since we live in Queens and I work near that sushi place.

I love love love sushi express in north babylon on DPA. its a tiny place, but I LOVE their asparagus roll.I'm allergic to seafood (yes, that includes fish, shrimp, crab, etc) so I only get veggie rolls.
so yea, their asparagus roll is delish!
and they have this cucumber soda... if you like cucumber and dont mind a thick drink... then its good. a little weird at first, but good.

i LOVE Sakura in Babylon Village. It's my favoriteeee. It's a warm & cozy place with the sweetest workers and great service. There's also Aji 53 in Bay Shore which is more of a trendy place...but very good sushi too.

Torigo restaurant on Jericho turnpike in Floral park. I work for Japanese company and this is where many of the Japanese workers go to for lunch and dinner. My husband was not big into sushi but I brought him there one night and he is hooked. There is also Sapporo on Merrick Road in Wantagh. Just south of Mulcahys. Really good as well.

I'm excited!!!
I am generally pretty free in the evenings and most Thursdays works for me too! Let me check DH's upcoming availability...he's starting a new job and has to be in Chicago for training but I can't remember the dates. Pretty sure he's away the last week of March so maybe we can do girls night on 3/31!
