starting to feel sick

I have that sore throat and a headache

What do you take to stave off a cold before it becomes full blown?

TONS of tea, vitamin c with ecinacea, i also take 'cold war'

the tea i use is from the mountains cuz im a goat fkn greeek and it works better than tea bags.

also go to a greek spot and get AVGOLEMONO SOUP!!!

lemon, chicken, rice 1 knorr. and egg.. but the egg is put in SLOWLLY so it doesnt cook like an egg drop.

its sooo good, and honestly... that alone makes me feel better.

have dh feed u the soup.. its comforting

Cold Eeze lozenges are good to take at the start of a cold. Eat as much fruit as you can..try doing a sinus rinse too (if you have the neilmed or a neti pot).

Lots of rest and fluids is the only thing that works for me.

I've had a bit of a head cold all week. I've had such late nights this week that it feels like its in my chest a little....

I really wanna nip this in the bud before I get sick sick.....

no not really... i've been taking this homeopathic stuff for my sore throat but its only helping while im sucking on it.
