stupid doctors office

they called me and left a message asking me to call them back (it's something stupid, i'm assuming) ... so i call them as soon as i got the message (a min after they called) and get the whole 'all our operators are busy. please wait' thing ... so i wait for 5 mins and they finally pick up and hang up on me!

then i call again, wait 5 more minutes and they hang up on me again!!!

i'm assuming something's wrong with their phones but it's really annoying and i just wasted 10 minutes of my life for nothing!

ok, vent over ... just had to get that out. thanks for listening

ok, i finally got through ...

she said 'the results came back and there are no problems'

well, i'm happy there are no problems but i didn't need the added stress - she could've just left a voicemail saying i'm fine

this is why i hate the dotors office-- oh and when they make you wait 30 mins after your appoinment time.... WHY make an appoinment??
