The Irish Car Bomb Cupcakes
came out fantastic!!!! And they're pretty too :) The chocolate cake with the Guinness is actually really yummy and moist (you cant taste the guinness)- the Ganache is tasty and you can absolutely taste the Jameson... lastly and o.m.g. the bailey's butter cream frosting. SOO good. DH and I were eating it out of the bowl. YUMMMM.Here are some pics- one of alll the cupcakes next to each other (we made them for my office and DHs) and then a pic of the cupcakes in the carrier waiting to be eaten.
YUM

ummm like 2 1/2 hours but I made 2 batches... the recipe says it takes 45 minutes but with the cooling and coring and piping it definitely doesnt take 45!
so worth it though!
