wedding proofs - with update

DH and i got our proofs back months ago (printed and images on CDs).
Every time we speak to MIL (which is not often bc we cannot stand her) she is requesting HER copies of the proofs! We told her we only have one set and that is ours and so she said that is fine but to make her a copy of the cds....all of them
We gave her printouts of her family shots and of me and DH (not all but enough) and her album should be coming in the next 2-4 weeks.
Are we crazy for NOT wanting to give her ALL the proofs? I dont understand what she wants to do with them or why she wants them and it bothers me. My mother doesnt even have all the proofs and never asked for them.
is this normal? did you give your parents/in-laws copies of all the images? or is my MIL being her usual pita?!?!

UPDATE - i guess she looked at my facebook page and saw the pics that i posted so she saved ALL them and posted them on her own page!!! Pictures of MY family, and friends that she doesnt even know. i told DH i am blocking her on facebook he says i am over reacting...i prob am i just cannot stand her!!!

I wouldn't give her a copy of all the proofs, there really is no reason for her to have them.

I wouldnt give them to her. I would just make a copy of the cd and tell her if there are any others that she wants its easy to copy them from the cd (in a nice way)

my MIL requested OUR set- she said 'you guys don't need pictures of my friends'. I tried to explain it to her, that they are OUR pictures but its like talking to a wall. And to make matters worse- we let her pick some proofs for her collage (she made one when SIL got married too) and told her to tell us which ones, and we would have copies made for her-NOPE! 20 proofs are now up on her wall!

Bottom line- they are yours, don't give them up!

O M G i cannot believe she took 20 of your proofs
Dh's grandfather took one of our proofs and i quickly told him he couldnt have it and sent him a copy the following week
what is wrong with people?!?!

Neither my mother or mother-in-law have my proofs. They did not ask for them. We just gave them the parents album and a nice photo of us framed and they were happy. That's crazy! They are only meant for you to hold on to. You get only one set of proofs. The CD is good enough.

we made copies of the CD for MIL and my mom. Noone asked for anything else

I'd say just burn her a copy of the CD, then she can just make copies herself of any other images she wanted.

tell her the CD has a copyright and you cant make a copy, its the only copy that the photographer gave you. If she wants it she can pay for it and get a copy from them. I doubt she would get it then LOL.
