Wedding Video

It's been almost 9 months since our wedding.. and our wedding video is STILL in production... or so our video guy says. Not only that.. but now he's completely ignoring our calls and isn't calling us back. I don't know what to do anymore. I'm going to e-mail him today telling him that I will take legal action if we don't get our video within a week.. but I'm afraid that then we'll lose the video all together. I don't want him to just toss it and say he lost it or something.

I'm so annoyed and angry.. I don't understand why a wedding video is taking THIS long!!!

was there a time frame on your video in the contract? I just got the call that mine is done and picking it up this week. It took about 4 months from the date that I submitted my song selection.
There's no excuse for them not being responsive though! that is really aggravating!

Yes, it said 6-8 months.

I just called him and he FINALLY picked up... and once again.. gave us the run around. He said to call him on Thursday to confirm that he'll deliver the video on Friday... I don't believe it for a second..but we'll see what happens.
