we got a card from one of our guests with a losing lottery ticket in it. The card was a hilarious card, and it was just signed 'xo-Paco'. We do not know anyone named Paco and to this day have no idea who gave it to us

The B&B looks nice, actually.

My friend who gave me a 10 year old teddy bear and pictures of DH and me from HS (not togther, separate, and the one of me is the back of y head) for my shower brought her FH to the wedding and as gift sent me a set of measuring cups. Yes, measuring cups.

They were All-Clad, so they were more expensive, but still, not a wedding gift.

DH is like 'oh, she doesn't have money, blah blah'..but she has a job.

What pisses me off is that about a month after the wedding I posted on facebook about a living social deal to do a cake decorating class to see if anyone else wanted to do it and she said she had signed up also and wanted to find someone to do it with her.


The class cost 20% more than my wedding gift.

So obvi, she's not that broke.

We had a few non gifters some I knew money was tight and I told them to come anyway so I expected it others we told they didnt have to give a gift and they did which was nice but the worst was my 2 MOHs neither gave a gift.

My 2 moh could have atleast given me their share for their hair but I paid that i full too and still didnt get a gift. so i actually wound up -50 dollars per moh.
