Yoga Peeps

I've never done Yoga before and I want to try it, but I'm such a newb, I don't know Hatha from Bikram from Vinyasa... I'm laughing to myself typing those types of yoga because I really know nothing about it lol

Fill me in on what I need to know and which ones I should do!

I believe Bikram is the hot yoga-I could be wrong. I would look at the schedule of the place(s) you're thinking of going to and seeing if they have beginner next to them. Those are the only classes I'll go to cause I'm a spaz!

Brikam is hot yoga, Hatha is slow stretching poses and often contains meditation, Vinyasa contains fluid motions that go along with the inhale and exhale of your breath.

Hope this helps :) I personally like Vinyasa.
