Yayyy! So glad you liked it! I know I've totally been slacking because of work - I'm gonna get back into it really soon! Your substitutes sound yummy!

Our one month anniversary is next week and DH's birthday is 4 days later. We'll be going out for a nice dinner for his bday but figured I'd cook for our anniversary. I'm going to make the Skinny Taste Spinach Lasagne Rolls you recently posted and pair them with her Baked Zucchini Sticks. I'm going to pick up dessert because really, making dinner is more than enough. Lol

Yum! Both are so good. Btw, you should try the cupcake meatloafs. SOOO freakin' delicious! The brocolli mac and cheese is yummy in yo' tummy as well! Mmm!

Totally agreed with you on the dessert front! LOL
