Yum! Recipe I Wanted to Share!

Hello ladies!

I wanted to share a recipe of what I made for dinner tonight - it was so freakin' good, filling but yet also pretty darn healthy!

Greek inspired spinach soup w/ orzo, chicken, lemon juice, and topped w/ feta!

Adelina! I tried your orzo soup recipe tonight. Came out great and DH was a fan. Adding it to the short list of recipes. The green pepper I had was bad so I substituted mushrooms. I'm a huge tomato person and I bet that would be a good addition too. I paired it with Kalamata Olive Bread (Cooking Light recipe) that I made. My first attempt at making bread and it came out really well too. So good cooking night.

Keep up the cooking blog. You haven't posted in a bit but I'm checking!

Our one month anniversary is next week and DH's birthday is 4 days later. We'll be going out for a nice dinner for his bday but figured I'd cook for our anniversary. I'm going to make the Skinny Taste Spinach Lasagne Rolls you recently posted and pair them with her Baked Zucchini Sticks. I'm going to pick up dessert because really, making dinner is more than enough. Lol
