I know we arent spending every last penny on our weddings anymore but we can do a lunch thing to cut down on costs or dinner, either way is fine for me!

Lunch is good- but sometime after 1 or 2 is best if possible because I am not sure of my new hours yet.

The only potential problem with the hibachi is I don't know how easy it will be to add people on if they are late. They cook the food in bulk (I am assuming we are going to sit AT the hibachi tables)

How about we make the meeting time 3pm and we can make the reservation for 3:30pm to give people a little leeway (sp?) to get there in time for the hibachi table.
