i think you look great!! how small was the dress on you - it doesn't look like it was way too tight up top, just a teeny bit. nothing a few pounds couldn't fix.

i agree with whoever said it is probably muscle that you gained. your upper body looks awesome in the dress!! and NO, your hips do NOT look huge!!!!

I just wanted to butt in and tell you the SAME thing happened to me a week before my wedding. I took pictures at one of my fittings and I hated the way I looked.

Honestly, you look great in your dress! It is true what the girls wrote to me, we are all our own worst critics. Once your wedding day comes with your hair and make-up done, with the jewelry and flowers, you are going to look stunning!!!!!!

You look beautiful and as a hippy girl myself I can tell you it is not like that! You hips do not look big at all! I think you look great- seriously. I don't post if I don't have anything nice to say. I think once its fitted it will look awesome- trust your seamstress- she would tell you if it was too tight and couldn't be fixed.
And you WILL lose about 5-10 pounds before the wedding due to stress alone! Not that you need to!

Edited to say: I am totally envious of your bod! I will kill for those boobs!

I've got to be honest - there have been a few brides that I've seen in their dresses and thought 'YIKES'

So I mentally prepared for the same reaction when I read your update.

I fell off my chair because that dress looks fantastic on you. You really do look stunning.
I even called FI into the room to look and he just shook his head and said, 'Man, you women sure have a wierd idea of what 'fat' is. That girl looks beautiful.'

Honestly, I think that you had yourself mentally prepared look 'too big' and that's all that you saw.

Listen to all of us- that dress is perfect.

Okay, reallly, I'm going to have to agree with every single woman on this board. I was prepping myself for some picture and then I had to scroll down to see if maybe there was another picture that you were referring to. I completely understand that its really how you feel and I do respect that, but to the rest of the world, you look absoultely beautiful!!!!!!

I don't frequently post on topics like these...but I noticed, esp from the picture from behind that you have a PERFECT hourglass shape. Check it out--the proportions are perfect! You have great shoulder bones and your back is fabulous. The dress looks great on you--but as much as we say we love how you look...it won't matter until YOU love how you look.
