Alcohol addiction treatment before wedding

Hi all, I just need your suggestions. Our wedding date is fixed and it’s just 3 months to go! My drinking habit is my problem and I don't know how am I going to get out of it. My bf knows that I drink, but he doesn't know the fact that I can't survive without alcohol. One of my friends suggested me to choose a recovery program from an alcohol treatment center in Calgary to get out of this and I don't know how am I going to adjust without drinking? Will an addiction program really help? Any suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thank you.
