Re: Anyone getting married at the Swan Club...
Hi, I think your centerpiece idea sounds great. I'm not using the flowers provided by Swan Club (well you still have to pay for it if you want it). I'd like flowers with color not the white ones they have for the arch, etc.

Re: Anyone getting married at the Swan Club...
I love the look of the hydregeas...Yeah, I'd opt against the flowers that the Swan Club provides for a charge...maybe you should ask your florist if they can provide some alternatives that may be close to that price ($300)..it'll probably be more expensive though.Did any of you ladies get a DJ yet? I'm sure the 'preferred' DJ's of the Swan Club contacted you guys already
I just met with one DJ company so far - Energy Entertainment...thought they were fine but still wanna check out more co's.

I am going to book Variety Music DJ's and use Ray. Everyone seems to say he is wonderful and his price is really reasonable.

Germai68 - Do you mind disclosing the price you were quoted and what was included in package? I was quoted around 1,600 from Energy Entertainment (cocktail hour and reception) with DJ and MC. Thanks.

Re: Anyone getting married at the Swan Club...
SummerBride2005: I am getting married on Friday September 23 so I don't know if that effects the price or not. I opted not to have a seperate MC, props, handouts or lights. I am not really into any of those things. But my quote was $699.00 for the 1 hour cocktail hour and the 4 hour reception. Hope that helps.
