I was going to just do my dad but, I'm an only child so I think it would be nice to have the three of us, the whole family, walk down the aisle together (haven't told mom this yet though).

I've seen it many ways. My sister-in-law grew up in a divorced family, but her parents made a pact to be civil with one another to make their daughter's dreams come true, so they both walked her down. Probably the best thing too since as soon as she heard her music starting to be played, she started crying and her parents had to support her.

My father became sick last year due to his heart, but luckily he's recuperating and feels as though he can walk me the little ways down the aisle. (The church I'm getting married at is rather small and has a very short aisle, so I'm thanksful for this.) I asked my brother closest in age (6 years old than me) to walk my Mom down the aisle, so I can be with my father during this precious moment since I am his only daughter.
