Re: Are you wearing a watch the day of your wedding?
Usually on the newlywed boards but I saw your post and Just had to respond. I LIVE in my watch :)I was pretty much born with one.
And I refused to part with it the day of my wedding. Until, during the photo session at my folk's house, my bridesmaids were mouthing to me - 'take off that damn watch!'. They said it was too 'manly' for a bride. Its a large stainless steel Swiss army watch. I gave it - although I felt naked without it.

I took it off before going down to walk the aisle and put it in my purse for the HM.
I'll probably do the same - lost without my watch.

I also always have to have a watch on, but I think I am going to go w/o it on the day of... I don't want to see how fast time is going by... but I am sure I will be asking people what time it is...

I'm not going to wear a watch. I normally always do but I know that if I wear it I'm always going to be looking at it, I'd rather not be worrying about the time!!

I don't remember where I read it- but a suggestions for brides was to wear their watch so that time DOESN'T pass too quickly. I thought it was kind of weird.I probably won't wear one because I don't think it will match.

Re: Are you wearing a watch the day of your wedding?
I usually wear a watch but Not wearing one the day of. I think it is an accessory I'm not going to need that day. And I think it will take away from the dress and the other accessories that you are wearing. JMO
