BANDS

I AM GETTING MARRIED JULY 9TH 2000, AND AM DESPERATE TO FIND A BAND. EVERYTHING I LIKE IS BETWEEN 4 AND 5 THOUSAND DOLLARS. I HAVE HEARD GREAT THINGS ABOUT "RAINBOW" AND THEY ARE VERY REASONABLE, BUT THEY ARE BOOKED THAT DAY. ANY OTHER RECOMMENDATIONS!!!!

I am also getting marry at the Swan Club August 2000 and have not have my food taste and I am very concern too. Someone at work told me that they went to a wedding a couple of months ago and said that she was not impress with the food. Please let me know how is goes on your second food taste and what kind of food you taste. Also, what florist are you using? I did not like the in house florist that they recomended.

Thanks and good luck.

BANDS

Try "Heart and Soul" from Mt. Sinai. Mike and Marie are quite wonderful. They do not have an agent or manager, so their pricing is quite reasonable. Call me @ 473-7752 if you have difficulty finding their #.

Good luck, Mark

The cottage isn't an option but the carriage house is definately worth looking at.

BANDS

MARK- THANKS, I THOUGHT THAT HEART AND SOUL WAS ONE OF THE BANDS FROM "FRANKLIN WAYNE" . I COULD NOT GET THERE NUMBER. IF YOU HAVE IT, I WOULD APPRECIATE IT. THANKS, LORRAINE

I'm off to start looking at florists and I was wondering if anyone can tell me what is a reasonable price range for flowers should be. I have no clue what a good price range is. I have a HUGE wedding party (10 girls & ushers) & I don't know what to expect. I'm going to need bouquets, centerpieces & flowers for the Church. Any help would be great!!

Thanks! :-)

Lorraine, Yes, I think the last time I spoke with Mike he mentioned that. Franklin Wayne's phone # is 366-6700. Ask for Bob Meyers + mention my name. We go way back + were neighbors. His home office # is 473-2562.

Good luck-let me know + please say hello to Mike + Marie also. It's been a long time since we worked together.

Mark

BANDS

We found a great band. THE MYSTIC frequently plays at local bars on LI. We like their style and think they are a classy band. We got a price of $3200.00 for a 7 piece band which consisted of: a keyboardist/lead singer, drummer/lead- singer, guitarist/backup vocals, bassist/backup- vocals, sax player, trumpet player, and trombone- player. You can contact them at themysticmusic.com or mysticmusic.com I don't remember which one.

The Harrison House is very nice. My company has had conferences there. The grounds are breathtaking and the food is excellent! They have a very interesting cocktail hour set-up with different rooms featuring differnet food. Also, since it is a hotel, it makes it sooo convenient for your out of town guests. Anyway, I hope this helps a little!

Good Luck,

BANDS

skyline productions has a couple of different bands the one that we used was skyline they were wonderful my sister tried to get them for her wedding but they were booked. they are a 7-8 piece band and they also play at your cocktail party... good luck....

While I love my soon to be husband, I think we'd both go a little batty after the 4th day of silence...........then again, I might actually need 7 days of silence by the time the wedding arrives! : )
