I wish I could post the pic I have but, when my boss got married we helped her!!! She face the wrong way on the toilet we helped her pick up her dress and she just walked over the bowl and squatted! It was pretty funny and another girl snapped a pic!!! all you saw was dress and our faces hysterical laughing!!![]()

I was in the BP and the bride had to pee. Luckily, the dress wasn't that heavy so it only took one BM to help her. That way I was free to laugh and snap pics!
(not sure if the pic will work but i put in into an album just in case)
That is HYSTERICAL...

LMFAO, my coworker just walked by my desk and saw this pic and said 'Oh how pretty!' I was cracking up and told her it was someone using the toilet. Now we cant stop giggling!!

Re: bathroom issues on wedding day...
I'm a 'nervous pee-er'
, so before the ceremony I went a million times. Needless to say my BA was AMAZING! She helped me...I had a cathedrial length train, so I needed help!
BUT once everything started rolling...there were no stops to the little girls room.

at my cousin's wedding the lady who worked at the hall tried to help her - LOL but us bridesmaids assured her we could handle it! the dress covers everything so its practically like being in a different room - great for a lot of giggles though!btw i LOVE the pics! just what i needed to get through this loooong Friday!

Re: bathroom issues on wedding day...
Here is what I did:My MOH was convinced I'd have to step out of my dress and then put it back on and I wasn't liking that. But my 2 bridal attendants at JT were very experienced in this problem and offered to take me upstairs to the handicapped bathroom and hold up my dress for me. I opted for this since they really knew what they were doing and the bathroom trips were really fast and efficient. They took me once before the ceremony and once partway through the reception. It was fine, they couldn't see anything because of all the layers of crinoline.

I stepped out of my dress and it really wasn't a big deal at all. I had a very full a line .

Re: bathroom issues on wedding day...
I went once and that was during the period in Jewish weddings called 'Yichud' which is supposed to be the time when the bride and groom share their first moments together as husband and wife. Traditionally (going waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back, this was when they were supposed to 'consummate' the marriage.) Nowadays, they just break bread together. Well our first romantic moment together consisted of me wrapping my dress around my waist and flushing the toilet. Thankfully, my dress was one layer of silk with no pouf or crinoline.

Re: bathroom issues on wedding day...
My dress was GIGANTIC and I think I only went twice. There's so much going on, you don't even have to go....BUT, when I DID have to go, after the church, I ran down the hotel hallway like a crazy woman looking for my bridesmaids to help me.
My MOH got THE BEST picture of me with 2 BMs holding my dress and me on the toilet!!!! My dress was so big you couldn't see anything!!!!!

Re: bathroom issues on wedding day...
Believe it or not I used the bathroom once that night in the bridal suite and it wasn't bad at all. The salesgirl in Bridal Refections - Carle Place was kind enough to teach me how to sit so that definitely helped and I had my mom, sister (MOH) and two bridesmaids in there with me all holding parts of my gown up, it was actually pretty funny!

Honestly I think I went once the entire day, and it wasn't that hard. My sister held my dress up. I think was lost 2 pounds just wearing the dress.

I heard facing the back works but I had a stomach flatener on witch caused me to take off my entire dress. It didnt take as long as I thought.

You know, I never once thought about this topic! Although I'm glad I won't have to worry so much because of everyone's advice.
