Got mine at Kleinfeld's. Awesome 1 on 1 service. Margaret assisted me, she asked me to show her pics of what my style is, then she looked at my shape and height and brought me 3 dresses to try first...I picked the 2nd one! She's very good at her job! Paid $1500 for a gorgeous gown! I was very pleased...just keep in mind, they're by appointment only so book ahead.

I ordered my dress from Burton's in Huntington. I got the best price from them. So far customer service has been great. I called and ordered a swatch from my dress, it came in a week. I wandered in today without an appointment (not a good idea since it is a Saturday, and they are always crazy busy on a Saturday), and they were very accommodating. I wanted to look at FG dresses and pictures. They let me go through all the books I wanted, gave me the books with the fabric swatches, so I could see ribbon colors, and let me hunt around. All this while a woman and her daughters were there trying to find BM dresses and a wedding dress, while two other brides were there (one for fitting, the other just getting started), and the phone was ringing like crazy!
