We saw him on the 11th. He was in fantastic voice. I've seen him live 7 or 8 times, and he sounded the best I'd ever heard him sound.

Miami 2017, All for Leyna, Sometimes a Fantasy and I Go to Extremes were my favorite moments. It was an incredible concert. I only wish he would have played Angry Young Man and You're My Home (our wedding song)-- then it would have been perfect-- but as it was, it was an amazing show.

I don't know how I missed your post -- when I went on the 9th he opened with Angry Young Man.

The 2 songs I would have liked to have heard were Uptown Girl and For the Longest Time.

He never does Uptown Girl cause of Christie Brinkley. I've only heard him do For the Longest Time once, but that was a really really long time ago -- the first time I saw him in concert.

LAST NIGHT WAS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!

He put on SUCH a good show!! And for all you who have tickets behind the stage, or close to behind, you're going to be FINE!! His piano rotates around in a circle so you get to see him just fine!!

WOW!!!!

this is so true.....being behind the stage you are actually physically closer than being at the opposite end of the arena. The rotating stage is so awesome...you get a great view!!!!!

I went last night and sat 4 rows behind the stage.. I thought being behind the stage was going to suck, it turned out to be one of the best seats in the house! It was an awesome show! FH is on Ebay now trying to get tickets again

Im going on the 25th. Our seats are in 114 behind the stage. I hope I get to see him even though I am really there to listen. He is awesome

I went on 2/25!!! He was GREAT and sounded amazing! The concert went so fast.
Then when we were leaving we saw Jimmy Fallon from SNL and 'Fever Pitch' in the stairwell!!!!! Anyone else who went to the 2/25 show see Jimmy???
He was the NICEST guy in the world... gave us hugs, shook my FH's hand and talked to us.

yeah def b/c of christie but i think also b/c uptown girl is one of his highest songs (note wise) and now that he is getting older he is careful about what he sings so he doesn't sound 'off'...
'an innocent man' and 'it's all about soul' are also two others that he hasn't done in a long time live because it's too hard...
rather than try and reach the notes and sound bad he does the right thing and sticks to the songs that he can still sing. i LOVE paul mccartney and neil diamond but i hate to say it--they try to reach notes that they should either not do anymore or just go an octive lower and it's sounds a little 'off' sometimes. it happens with age!

oh good for him--he's still GOT it!!

i'm sure it's something that he doesn't do crazy often but it's nice that once in a while--he can!!
i only know a lot of this stuff b/c my future BIL is OBSESSED with him! he follows all his songs, what he does-what he doesn't, etc.

I wasn't there on 2/25, but he did do Lullabye last night. Sorry you didn't get to hear it. It's so 'hit or miss' with his shows cause he changes the playlist every night. I mean it's great for people that see him more than once, but it's upsetting to miss a song you really want to hear by one show.
