Bourne Mansion

Hi All,

I've seen Bourne a lot on these threads but the rates are so inconsistent I can't tell what the real deal is.

Right now i'm practically booked at De Seversky but i'm afraid to pull the trigger without finding out about Bourne. I've tried (and failed) to get them on the phone for a serious conversation about rates and such, but they're difficult to get ahold of.

We're looking for a Saturday night in August, September, October or November 2013.

Can anyone provide some insight on rates pp, site fees, ceremony fees, and minimums?

Thanks so much!!

Re: Bourne Mansion

I was quoted $200++pp for a Saturday in September with a $5,000 site fee and I was told the minimum was 190 guests.

Re: Bourne Mansion

I can give you quotes as well. Basically from May until Sept, the pp charge is 195, plus 20% admin fees, tax, and gratuity. I believe in Oct/Nov it was 175 - 185. I can double check with you if you need them still though I see someone else sent you FM!

Bourne Mansion

Bourne is at the top of my list, but I'm looking at de Seversky tomorrow. Why about it makes you hesitate? Is it just not seeing all other options?

I'll FM the info I have on Bourne.

I was quoted the same... this thread is from a few months ago, we ended up meeting with them and decided it wasn't worth the cost. It's beautiful but we booked with another venue.

thanks everyone!
