Rinko,

I found alot of affordable hand calligraphers. Try to doing a search on the knot. Or if you can wait until Monday, I can FM you all the people I had. I think the least expensiver person I found was $1.50 for inner and outer. I have samples too from them.

Hey there, you changed you pic. Did't recognize you there!
It can wait. I am having 320 guests. I am not sure I can even afford $1.50 ... I may just opt for Inkspun, or use labels/printer (eeeepp!!)

Yeah, you have to change it up sometimes, but I miss the avator. So I might change it back. I'm so used to looking for that picture when I want to find any of my posts.

The calligraphy posted by Somethingblu for $1.25 is good. It beats my quotes.

Really? I was worried no one would like them because the pics don't do them justice. SHe used a special mix color (a grey to match the envelope flap) and the ink is palpable...I'm so glad you like them!

Of course I'll give you her info! And can you believe she did them in one day? Here I am freaking out on Monday about a calligrapher...then find one Wednesday, get them back Thursday, mail them Firday and get mine Saturday...what a crazy week!

OMG you jave NO IDEA! She is the most amazing person ever! Having never met her, she came to my job in the city to pick them up and she dropped them off to the calligrapher in Oceanside...then she picked them up from the calligrapher and had me pick them up at her house which is much closer to me...she was/is a blessing...yes, LIW at its best! LOVE THAT MICHELLE!

I am in the process of running mine through the printer - even did my small response envelopes that way. I just have the inner envelopes left.

I say just pick a pretty font, test on white paper cut to the size of your envelope first to ensure that it is the size font you need, centered, etc. Then try a sample envelope. I ran mine through 1 at a time also. Saved some $$$ and they look fantastic- black Edwardian Script on gold envelopes.

Planning to use the saved $$$ on something else! Yay!
