Hi There!!!! I hope the weather is going to nice for the both of us.

I obviously know about my shower, i didnt want to be surprised , but now i wish I didnt know, b/c FH has relative complaining about where it is and my family is driving me nuts.

Typical wedding stuff i guess

Yeah, FH's family is from NJ so they are giving me problems about the shower being in NY. And then i have some family members who are trying to micro manage my wedding and it can be frustrating.

I'm sorry......Dont let them be kill-joys for ya!!! Just tell them that anything that's anything goes down in NY!!! Hello??? They should know better!!! I've been just Yessing everyone to death - and doing what I want anyways - It's a lot easier that way - I figure they will forget what they suggested by time the wedding comes - and if they didn't - Oh well!!!

Oh that's hard, but they shouldn't mind it's just two days of their lives, your shower and your wedding. And NJ isn't that far. Don't worry, like Renee' said, just yes them to death and do as you want, it is your day and you should have things the way you want. They have or had their chance. So sorry you have to go through that. Here's some hugs

Oh, I'm sorry. I saw what you wrote, and I know it's hard when you have family all over, but they're family so they shouldn't mind traveling.

Awe thanks girls

I have realized through this whole process everyone has ideas about how your wedding should be and everyone toss in their opionions, you need to have thick skin and just keep reminding yourself this is about you and your FH no matter what.

Hi september ladies!!! I am sept 12th and my colors are brown and pink. I let my 4 year old flower girl pick the colors. I wanted blue and brown but oh well. I don't even want to think about what I have left. The list is huge.

I picked them out, i am waiting for color samples to come in so i can decide on the color.

Let me ask you ladies. I was told since i my ceremony/reception are both at JT i dont need to include a reception card, so i am using that card to list the accomodations. Is anyone else doing this?
