Can anyone recommend a professional hair stylist or salon for trial and day of??

Can anyone recommend a professional yet affordable hair stylist or salon to do my hair (the bride) the day of the wedding?
I have very thick long hair and I am very particular about how I want it styled.
I am looking for someone who will make me feel comfortable in telling them if I do or don't like it.
Don't want to feel awkward or afraid to speak my mind!
Any help or info would be great, thanks!!
